Volunteer with us!

Volunteer applications for the 35th Fringe Theatre Festival are now closed.

Why volunteer?

The Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival relies on the skills and expertise of over 1,200 committed and energetic volunteers* to fulfill the expectations of the estimated 450,000 visitors to the annual Edmonton Fringe.

Approximately 35,000 hours are dedicated to ensure a successful event. We have something to offer everyone! This is a great opportunity for you to get involved in your community, meet new people, expand your skill set and be part of a great team!

Fringe Theatre Festival volunteers also get a number of great benefits! From your very own Festival t-shirt, program guide and invitations to special events, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

Whether this is your first time volunteering with us, or if you are a returning volunteer, we are happy to provide you with training and volunteer orientation sessions to help familiarize you with your volunteer position.

*Must be a minimum of 14 years of age to volunteer.
